Sprague Floor covering is an excellent company.  Not only are their installations top notch, it is also a great place to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at, Sprague. We took on a renovation project for a space that was over 50 years old. Every headache you can imagine with a project like this came up. Sprague Floor Covering was exceptional in every aspect of the project. The design team gave us great options to be able to try and match the surrounding areas, and guided us to how to make the space esthetically pleasing. Some other companies just give you a color sample and say "let us know what you like". The prep team ran into issues that were unforeseen at the beginning scope of the projected. The owner personally got involved to ensure that these issues were handled since they were not part of the original project and would add time and resources that we not accounted for. We felt valued and educated with every step of the process. The foundation and sub floor was cracked. This made the floor leak and was not level, causing a number of issues with moisture and leveling for the entire space. The laborers and design team were able to pivot and fix all of these issues in a timely fashion, all while communicating the process for what needed to be done in a way that we were able to understand. The communication during the entire project was Phenomenal! We knew exactly where they were at during every stage of the project, and were educated on what they were doing to ensure that our floor would last another 50 years without needing to worry about the issues we had previously had. I've worked with SFC for over 20 years as a facilities manager for a hospital. They always do an excellent job and their work is guaranteed. They've supplied and installed all the different flooring needed in a hospital setting, such as rubber, VCT, vinyl, laminate, epoxy, ceramic tile, carpet, carpet tiles, etc. with an emphasis on perfection. They are also very accommodating for off hours work (nights and weekends)due to the hospital setting. Their prices are very reasonable for the excellent service they always provide.
